this time i had a pretty long walk.. it was basically run-waaaaaaaaalk-run-waaaaaalk.. lol

an hour and forty for 12km... my feet were burning... i surely need a new pair of real running shoes and a comfy pair of socks... the 12km run is actually to pay off for the next 2 sundays that i wont be able to attend..

this is actually the first official run for the team RUNaways... more to come guys!

i had my first 10K Run last March 13, 2011. It was actually due to the timing band.lol

an hour and twenty for ten this time.. i actually don't like the route.. you have to pass the same route twice... it was like more than 10K...
