i am for celtics. i did wish for them to be the champs. but the lakers got so lucky on their homecourt. LA LAKERS 2010 NBA Champions 16th NBA title in franchise history. 83-79. i lost on a bet but who cares?! the game was a good one anyways.. betting indeed made the game more exciting.. i didnt get the chance to see the game live, blame it on the work hours..lol.. we got score updates from nba.com though.. so i got to see the whole action just this morning after downloading the whole game on my lappy.. better late than never, so i say..lol... i lost but i got to see a good game.. fair enough i guess.. and yepz i agree with queen R on making RONDO the MVP... i'm not a big Kobe fan so Lets Go RONDO!!!

OMG! didn't know a dog can be such a millionaire.. a few minutes ago i came across an article on yahoo entitled LITTLE DOG, LARGE ESTATE .. why in the world would the Miami heiress Gail Posner give her millions to her fave chihuahua Conchita?? oh! this makes me want to be a royalty's doggie! lol.. living in luxury for free is such a lucky life... *wink*

Independence Day 2010

June 12 commemorates the beginning of the first Philippine Republic. yay! it's just so sad that some Filipinos don't value this day too much. Oh yeah! everybody's looking forward for the day but the thing is, they're looking forward for the holiday. A day of no work, no school, big sales, shopping spree and hang-outs. Sad but true.

Philippines has 7,107 islands with numerous enthrallings spots to be explored. So many beautiful places to visit. So many people to meet. So many things to do. Tourists and locals will never run out of options. I do have this ultimate dream of travelling all over the country. By all means, i will do that. Soon. But for now, I would like to show you some pictures of the places i have been to so far. Trust me, going to these places will surely prove that Philippines is truly the "Pearl of the Orient Seas".

hope you all enjoyed our short trip to the Philippines. Some places were not posted due to unlocated photos though.

Here's a list of my TOP 5 fave destinations

1. SIARGAO. the surfing capital of the Philippines. quite far but trust me, the long hours of travel is definitely worth it.

2. VIGAN. the heritage city. ancestral houses. old churches. Chavit Singson's Baluarte. no reason to get bored.

3. PAGUDPUD. i actually haven't stayed in the place for hours. we just dropped by blue lagoon to check it. but i should say the beach is cool. fine white sand and clear water.

4. PLANTATION BAY. superb. great food. complete amenities. super nice place. i soooo can stay in this place for months. lol.

5. DAVAO. there's no place like home. i would not be a loyal Dabawenya if i'll ditch my city off the list. lol. safe place plus smoke-free, thanks to the Dutertes. nice beaches. good food. value for money. pearl farm. kadayawan festival. name it, we have it. except for the party til morning thingy. blame it on the liquor ban. lol.
