10K

i had my first 10K Run last March 13, 2011. It was actually due to the timing band.lol

our first timing bands... not the last i'm sure ;-)

an hour and thirteen for ten.. quite a relief...

an hour and twenty for ten this time.. i actually don't like the route.. you have to pass the same route twice... it was like more than 10K...

thanks for the post RUN treat DEXTER NG... the run was ok but the blue margarita surely did something...lol
