how cool can this be?
working on my office uniform with an ice bag tied to my knee..
i just hope this injury doesn't put a period to my running addiction.
but for now, i really have to stop.
temporarily it is.
promise i will not run for days, even months.
the pain is sometimes unbearable.
i could not walk normally.
my knee would hurt when i stand up from sitting.
i even find it hard to get off a vehicle.
it's hurting me so much.
and in times like this, how i wish somebody would take care of me.
honestly, this makes me sadder.
