One Rainy Thursday

02.17.2011 ( ONE RAINY THURSDAY)

just started playing CityVille on facebook the night before. Got a bit hooked cos i was kinda bored. i was glued from morning til around 2 in the afternoon. it's fun though. it's like playing farmtown but in a different setting. had to name my place Black Angel's Town for all i care. lol.

then i had to go to the bank to get something. oh yes, the rain didn't stop me from going out. i had to play hoops and eat something.

FIRST STOP:

Leylam's SHAWARMA RICE topped with JAPANESE SIOMAI from Master Siomai. oooohhh! i want mine hot and spicy! yum! yum!

i had to finish my meal fast cos a young stranger asked if he could share the table with me and started chit chatting trying to lure me into joining their networking group. sorry gary not my field. ciao. (that's the name he gave me. oh yeah! good timing with the name ayt? lol )

i then went to the grocery to buy my gatorade. i just love having gatorade anytime, anywhere.

SECOND STOP:

Top Shooter at the 4th level of gaisano south. my first time to do hoops there. spent P40 for 8 games. not bad! this is my highest score so far --- 163 pts! oooohhhh yeah bring it on baby!

too bad i didn't have enough small bills with me. the lady there said she didn't have enough change so i had to leave the place early.

THIRD STOP:

Dencia's Fresh Lumpia. been craving for it for days now. P28 a piece wouldn't hurt i guess. delicioso! definitely my fave!

FOURTH STOP:

TIMEZONE at NCCC Mall.. oh! this is what i call heaven!!!

my fave spot. and then i asked for a sign.

if i could reach 80, then......

i want that frog! i want that froooooog! lol

and so i brought home this Solar Dancer after like 5 tries.yay!

P.S. my swimsuit addiction just woke up... fitted like 4 bikinis but finally bought this baby! EXOTIC it is! can't wait ........

"tawag ako uli sa valentine's day ha." "ok". and he did call. my first valentine date happened over the phone on the year 2005. we were still not a thing but he surely painted a smile on my face that day.

it's the day before valentine's day again. and i'm still not happy. yes i'm not. i'm ok with the usual no flowers, no chocolates, no dates on valentine's day but definitely not with the no talk. 12 days of silence is killing me big time. it is such a torture. it's like a nightmare haunting me again. dreamcatcher please come to the rescue. you are definitely the only thing i want on valentine's day, mister. i miss u. oh yes, i miss u. wake me up tomorrow please. i just wanna smile again. only you can do that.

hello papa!

nothing beats a good cam-to-cam conversation with papa. happy that my good old folks has finally binded with technology. armed with no knowledge whatsoever on how to use a simple computer, they slowly studied how to be onliners. yahoo messenger was even out of the context. no idea on how to download, no idea on how to log in so they settled for a much easier recourse --- facebook. yes they are both facebookers on their 50s.

i got a little surprise today. i'm off from work and was planning to go to the hospital for a checkup. but papa said he finally got skype! (kudos to mark for helping papa.) woot woot! they're finally skypers! yahooo! so i ditched off my checkup and stayed home. no regrets. i got to see my papa on cam after 15 long months, it's just damn priceless! i'm glad he gained a little weight compared to the photos they had months ago.. plus i got to see their place. it was indeed small. i was laughing while papa was telling me about how they got all the things they have on that apartment. but i felt sad when i saw the couch they sleep in. yes they officially don't have a bed. they had to get rid of it coz if they don't they'll be homeless in five days. that's a crap! "leche ning mga kutinga ni!" i said to myself. hope they can get a better bed soon. gosh! when papa told me a brand new bed costs more or less $1000, i almost fainted! that's too much man! but they're planning to get an air bed instead, it's much cheaper. hope they'll get to sleep comfortably soon.

i hope to see mama on our next skype session. she's still at work so i haven't seen her earlier. i'm also planning to get my ass over my granny's place on sunday to paint smiles on their faces. i'm sure seeing everybody here in the Philippines with make them feel at home again. missin' them so much. talk to you later mama and papa!

it's 2011! a whole new year ahead of us again... and that only means CHECKLIST checking again!

Let's see......

DONE. soul-searching even for a week or two. DONE. last quarter of the year during my emo moments...

experience the thrill of sky-diving

go to CAMSUR and do wake-boarding

reach the top of Mt. Apo

DONE. play with dolphins in SUBIC. DONE. had the chance to go to Subic with patty,mac and gary.. i haven't played with the dolphins but still i can consider it done, that's for going to Subic and watching the dolphin show..

have my own license in diving

go to PALAWAN

swim with jellyfishes in PALAU and eat at Rainbow Grill

go on a Caribbean cruise

go back to Siargao and surf

experience Boracay

go bungee jumping

do rock climbing

play paintball

DONE. have my own laptop. DONE. i have my HP mini which i got on installment.

DONE.have xbox and a pro camera. DONE. Nikon D3100. i won't give up my cams.. NEVER!

DONE. pursue a medical carreer. DONE. actually, i'm still not done with school but i'm trying. lol.

work abroad

drive my own car (the bigger the better.lol.) actually i'm into pick-ups but i do want to have a Super Grandia and a mini cooper too.. extremes ayt?!

DONE. have a tour around the Philippines. DONE. last year i've been to MANILA, SUBIC, CEBU(edge coaster), DUMAGUETE. but i will make sure i'll have more travels this year.. more new places.. ;-)

SOME REVISIONS on my wishlist:

i said in my 2008 list that i want them BEFORE i reach 30.. but i changed my mind.. getting married, having a honeymoon and a baby needs some rearrangements..not in the near future i guess..lol...i still have to enjoy my single life cos when i finally get married, i want to stick with the married life.. no more going back to stuffs i missed during my being single... guess that would take some time.. besides, i still have to complete my 27 dresses..lol hope i get a lot wedding invites..lol
i'll change honeymoon in GREECE to honeymoon in GREECE or BALIor MALDIVES..lol

TARGET for 2010

have my own NIKON DSLR. CHECK!

this is so effin kewl! checked 8 out of 12 ! wooot woot! and i got to see GINEBRA play live and had the chance to spend a day on the happiest place on earth...yay! double fun!
